Domestic Equipment Maintenance Contract 

This contract agreement for Equipment Maintenance services between

CUSTOMER:________________________________________

(hereafter referred to as "Client") and RHINO FIRE AND SECURITY SYSTEMS (hereafter referred to as "Contractor") is made and entered into upon the following date: _____/_____/________.  Contract agreement is for _____ Years and will auto renew each following calendar year until cancelled in writing by either party.  


The following equipment shall be maintained: ____________________________________________ 

Individual Site ID: _________________                    Number of Service visits required per year:______

Total cost of agreement: £____________  Expires: ___/___/______

The Client owns or has legal control of the above mentioned equipment and it is hereby incorporated into this Maintenance Agreement by reference. 

Under this agreement the Client would like the Equipment to be maintained in good working order. Such required level of maintenance services will include periodic inspections that are routine along with scheduled repairs and the replacement of parts at an additional cost. Emergency repairs will also be made when necessary whenever the equipment becomes inoperable unexpectedly. Environmental, accidental or intentional damages poor care or external influences and user error are subject to an £50 additional charge.

The Contractor is in the business of providing equipment maintenance services, and hereby agrees to provide the following maintenance services to Client: 

1. All of the Equipment described above shall be inspected on a regular basis, as suggested by the Equipment's maintenance manual or manufacture guidelines or industry recommendations. Number of visits as specified above.

2. The Contractor shall respond to any of Client's requests for Emergency repairs within 72 hours of receiving a request from Client. An unlimited amount of call outs are included in this agreement free of charge excluding environmental, accidental or intentional damages poor care or external influences and user error which are subject to a £50 charge. Out of hours requests are charged at £100 these hours are anytime between from 5pm until 8am weekdays or any time during the weekend. Any remote amendments or technical repairs are subject to a £25 charge.  


3. Contractor shall make sure that all services that are provided under the terms of this agreement are to be performed by properly trained individuals.  

The Clients agrees to the following duties and responsibilities.

  1. To provide access to the property on scheduled maintenance dates.

 

  1. To inform Rhino Fire and Security Systems of any damages, changes or alterations made to the agreed maintained system in writing.

  2. To use the maintained system correctly and for its intended purpose.

  3. To ensure all routine inspections are carried out.

 

In payment for services provided by Contactor the Client agrees to the following: 

1. The client agrees to pay the contractor a one off payment covering x1 12 month contract starting from the date above. A payment will be taken each consecutive year to cover the following year.


2. To pay to Contractor for individual required repairs that are performed by Contractor the price specified on the worksheet and hereby incorporated into this Equipment Maintenance Contract by reference. 

3. To purchase from or provide to the Contractor all required parts, supplies and other materials that may be necessary and reasonable in order to properly maintain the Equipment in good working order. The Client is of the understanding that parts and supplies along with other materials should be of exact specifications described by the Contractor for the equipment to reach optimal operating status. 

The Contractor/Client may terminate this contract at any time by supplying a written notice of termination to the other party, with immediate effect.


If there is any litigation needed between the Client and Contractor it shall be filed and tried in the Contractor's local jurisdiction. 

Termination:

The contractor reserves the right to cancel this  contract with verbal or written notice with immediate effect if payment has not been made by the client or any of the above clients duties and responsibilities are not met.

In agreement to the above mentioned terms the Client and Contractor sign below:
